Adams County Community Foundation (Adams County, PA) is a Partner in the PATH Program of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency.  The PATH Program makes matching grants to scholarship recipients of their Partner organizations.  In addition to receiving a scholarship from a Partner organization the recipient must also reside in Pennsylvania, attend an in-state school and apply for and be eligible for a state grant.

Grant awards are then determined and awarded by PATH/PHEAA.
